The Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Exercise Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site: “Preventive Cleaning Of Sections Of The Babyashka River Within The Regulatory Boundaries Of The Village Under Its Application For The Implementation Of The Construction Works Under The Decree Of The Council Of Ministers No. 423 Of December 4, 2024 For Approval Of Additional Expenses/Transfers From The Reserve Under Art. 1, Para. 2, Section Ii, Item 5.1 Of The Law On The State Budget Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For 2024 For Unforeseen And/Or Urgent Costs To Prevent, Control And Overcome The Consequences Of Disasters. The Following Activities Also Include The Following Activities: • Drawing Up A Technical Passport Of The Sites For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; • Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, After The Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works For The Site For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During The Construction.
