(1) Attend The Standard Requests Of The Internal Users Of The Mutuality, On Services Managed By The Computer Unit, In Accordance With The Procedures Defined By The Computer Unit. Technical Assistance Will Provide The End User With A Unique Point Of Attention, Being Responsible For Monitoring The Request And The Response To The End User. (2) Receive Other Requests From Internal Users Of Mutuality, On The Services Managed By The Computer Unit; Perform A First Categorization Of The Type Of Request, Scope And Scope Of The Petition; And Communicate This Information To Those Responsible For The Computer Unit. If The Request Allows To Detect An Incidence In The Services Provided By The Computer Unit, The Assistance Service Will Manage The Incidence Following The Procedures Established By The Computer Unit. (3) Perform Maintenance And Supervision Tasks Of Information Services And Manage The Associated Incidents, Following The Procedures Established By The Computer Unit. (4) Collaborate With The Computer Unit For The Continuous Improvement Of Your Service Supervision Procedures, Catalog Of Known Problems, Incident Management, Standard Request Management, And Other Requests Management.
