This Consultation Concerns A Framework Agreement For Design, Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Automatic Securities (Dat) Distributors For The Tisseo Public Transport Network. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of Automatic Securities (Dat) And A Centralized Equipment Management System (Back Office Dat). It Includes The Associated Détudes Services, Design, Qualification, Installation, Put In Service And Maintenance. This Framework Agreement Has Increased Within The Framework Of A Group Of Orders In Accordance With Articles L. 2113-6 To L. 2113-8 Of The Public Procurement Code With The Following Entities:-Tisséo Engineering-Tisséo Collectivities-Tisséo Travelers This Framework Agreement Will Be Seized By Means Of Subsequent Markets And Order Pleas. Each Of The Entities Member Of The Order Group May Issue Order Form And Conclude Subsequent Markets Within The Framework Of The Laccord-Framework. Each Member Of The Group Ensures Technical And Financial Grade Of Subsequent Markets And Orders Concluded For Their Own Needs. The Coordinator Of The Order Group Is: Tisséo Engineering Acting By Mastery Mandate Delegated Douvrage. He Is Responsible For The Award, Signature And Notification Of A Framework. The First Subsequent Market Which Will Be Awarded Concomitantly To Laccord-Cadre Concerns The Design, Supply And Linstallation Of The Dat For Line C. The Subsequent Market Will Be Awarded To The Holder Of Cadre-Cadre. This Subsequent Market Will Be Carried By Tisséo Engineering. This Framework Agreement With Maximum Has Enforced Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6 And R. 2162-7 To 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Framework Lacord Will Be Awarded To A Single Economic Operator. The Maximum Amount Of Framework For The Initial Period Of 4 Years Is 8,000,000 Euro (S) Excl. Applicants Can Offer An Optional Variant.
