Computer-Related Services-Government Contract With A View To Appointing An Integrator For The Harmonization And Unification Of The It Solutions For The Social Domain Of Public Centers For Tailor-Made Welfare Or Ocmws Of The Brussels-Capital Region In A Common It Solution In The Context Of The Wepulse Program. The Aim Is To Select An Integration Service Provider That Will Provide The Services To Harmonize And Uniform The Solutions In The Field Of Hard Hr And Then To Develop This Solution Into The Application That Meets The New Needs Established By The Local Authorities. The Integration Service Provider Must Integrate The Intended Common Application Solution Into Regional Architecture. The Solution Must Be Interoperable With The Other Applications Used By Local Authorities, In Particular The Solutions Used In The Field Of Finance, Human Resources Management (Soft Hr) And Social Files (Soc). He Must Provide Support In The Implementation Of The Strategies Established By The Program Management And Master Plans Of Iristeam, And Guide The Local Authorities In Their Digital Transformation. He Must Monitor The High Quality Of The Services Provided. The Solutions In The Context Of The Wepulse Program Will Be Implemented In Successive Phases, So That A Gradual And Controlled Scaling Is Possible.
