Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of the Personal Protective Equipment. Bid closing date: before July 12, 2025. At 4:00 PM Bid opening date: July 12, 2025 at 4:30PM Bid document price: 600 ETB Bid bond: 30,000.00/Thirty thousand/ Region: Addis Ababa 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 600 ETB. The method of payment will be through Bank deposit to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Gurd Shola branch account No. 1000461142331. The document will be sent or issued in hard and soft copy. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 12, 2025. At 4:00 PM Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked ORIGINAL BID, and the inner envelopes marked TECHNICAL PART will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on July 12, 2025 at 4:30PM on same date. All envelopes marked SECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security ETB 30,000.00/Thirty thousand/ in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO from a reputable bank. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidders beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
