Architectural Services For Buildings - Framework Agreement A Mono Order Master Of Master Deeuvre For Restructuring / Rehabilitation / Extension And Creation Of Building Works. It Is A Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement Of Master Doeuvre Without An Annual Minimum And A Maximum Annual Of 400,000 Euro (S) Ht. In Accordance With Articles R2162-13 & 14 Of The Code, It Will Be Executed By Lemission Of Order Orders Which Will Be Notified By Lacheur As And When Needs. It May Also Give Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Markets Under The Conditions Of Articles R2162-7 To 10 Of The Code. The Market Is Concluded From Its Date Of Notification, For A Period Of 1 Year (12 Months). The Market Can Be Renewed 3 Times Per Successive Period Of 1 Year For A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years. The Renewal Is Tacit And Therefore Considered To Be Accepted If No Written Decision Contrary Is Taken By Lacheur. The Holder Cannot Be Able To Oppose
