The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Field Of Building The Park & Ride At The Wrocław-Leśnica Railway Station, In The Area Of The Intersection Of Trzmielowicka And Rubczaka Streets. Including: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Provided By The Employer; B) Execution Of The Project Of A Replacement Traffic Organization Along With Construction Service, Obtaining Its Approval, As Well As The Implementation And Maintenance Of Traffic Organization During The Duration Of Construction Works; C) Developing An Inventory Of The Road Lane And Other Real Estate With Waste Management; And To: D) Delivery, Installation And Maintenance Of Information/ Commemorative Boards; E) Preparation, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Facilities And Construction Site; F) Designing And Obtaining Approval, And Then The Elevation And Maintenance Of A Replacement Organization Of Traffic For The Time Of Conducting Works; G) Removal Of Trees And Shrubs With Investments Along With The Export Of Branches And Carp, Fencing And Securing The Preserved Greenery During The Works, Exaggeration; H) Performing Preparatory And Earthworks, Stake, Photo, Heaps And Export Of Excess Humus, Excavations, Embankments, Building Curbs And Edges, Preparation Of Structural Layers Along With Compaction And Obtaining Required Load Capacity Of Structures, Making Road Surfaces, Adjustment Of The Existing Network Infrastructure, And The Purchase And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture; I) Works Related To The Construction Of Off -Road Stairs And Ramps; J) Dehydration Works; K) Works Related To The Construction Of Street Lighting; L) Works Related To The Construction Of Cable Sewage System; M) Elevation Of The Target Traffic Organization Project Including The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Vertical And Horizontal Marking; N) Planting Green; O) Making Care Cuts In The Existing Stand; P) Reconstruction Of The Surface After Digging Works And/Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works; Q) Cleaning The Area After Robots, Export And Utilization Of Waste And Excess Soil; R) As -Built Geodetic Inventory; P) Development Of As -Built Documentation (Collared Report); T) All Other Works Necessary For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; U) Obtaining A Permit For An Use Or Other Equivalent Decision; V) Performing: Natural, Dendrological, Geodetic Supervision; In) Care Of Greenery Planted As Part Of The Task; X) Other Works Specified In The Attached Project Documentation, As Well As The Fulfillment Of All Requirements And Obligations Arising From It; Y) Exercising Possible Sapper Supervision. 2.
