Sports Facilities Operation Services - Exploitation Swimming Pool Eersel 2026 E.V.. The Assignment Relates To The Risk -Bearing And Sustainable Management And Operation Of The New Swimming Pool In Eersel As Described In The Pve (Appendix 1 To This Tender Document). The Accommodation Is Newly Built By Order Of The Municipality Of Eersel And Is Delivered According To The Current Planning At The End Of March 2026. The Accommodation Remains Owned By The Municipality Of Eersel And Is Rented From The Municipality By The Operator During The Exploitation Period. The Service Includes All The Work Needed To Successfully Operate The Swimming Pool And Thereby Realize A Swimming Water Supply For The Associations In The Municipality Of Eersel And Recreational Swimming Water For The Residents Of The Municipality And Surrounding Places. To Make The Exploitation Possible, The Future Contractor Will Take Care Of: Staff To Manage The Swimming Pool, Such As Lifeguards, Cleaners And Administrative Staff. Management And Corrective Maintenance Of The Building And Installations. Nuts Facilities (Gas, Water, Light) Marketing And Advertising To Promote The Swimming Pool. Insurance And Taxes. Etc. The Freedom Of Exploitation By The Contractor Is Limited By The Frameworks That The Municipality Sets For The Exploitation (For Example: Opening Hours, Schedule And Rental Rates For Associations). The Work To Be Performed Are Within The Municipal Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Eersel And Fall Under Its Responsibility. There Is No Merged Assignment. The Assignment Relates To The Exploitation Of One Swimming Pool Where It Is Important That The Various Activities In The Swimming Pool Are Voted On Each Other. As A Result, It Is Not Desirable For The Client To Divide The Assignment Into Plots. Divide Into Plots Would Detract From The Integral Exploitation Of The Swimming Pool. The Assignment As A Whole Is Manageable For The Relevant Smes. That Is Why It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Assignment Into Plots To Offer Smes Better Access To This Assignment. The Client Therefore Deliberately Does Not Opt For A Division Into Plots. The Agreements Are Entered Into For A Period Of At Least 10 Years And Can Be Extended Once In Consultation By 5 Years To A Maximum Period Of 15 Years. The Commencement Date Of The Agreements Is April 1, 2026.
