Architectural And Related Services-Frankenwaldbrücke, New Construction Of A Visitor Parking Lot With Path And Landscaping, Part I: Object Planning In Accordance With Part 3, Sect. 4 Transport Facilities According To § 47, Hoai 2021, Lph 1-9 Part Ii: Object Planning In Accordance With Part 3, Sect.. The District Of Hof Intends To Build A New Visitor Parking Lot For The Future Visitors Of The Two Planned Pedestrian Suspension Bridges In Lohbach And Höllental, In The Area Of Lichtenberg In Upper Franconia. These Are 400 New Parking Spaces For Cars, 15 New Parking Spaces For Coaches And 5 New Parking Spaces For Campers. These Are To Be Built Between Seestraße And Staatsstraße 2195 On Approx. 25,000 M². The Parking Spaces Are To Be Carried Out Using Lawn Joints, Partially Infiltrated. The Passenger Loads Are To Be Paved. Furthermore, A Bus Bay On Seestraße And A Roundabout To Regulate Access And Exits Are To Be Built. In Addition, The Connection To The Existing Gravel Park Next To The Frankenwaldsee And The Access To The New Visitor Center And The Bridges Is To Be Ensured By Building The Path. The Circular Route Is Approximately 4.7 Km. A Gradual Order Is Planned. The Work Should Take Place Immediately After Commissioning. The Use Of Contract Forms According To Hav-Kom Is Planned For The Conclusion Of The Contract.
