Public Road Transport Services-Delegation Of The Management Of The Local Public Transport Service Of Persons, Through Regular Races, In The Administrative Territory Of The Administrative-Territorial Units Of The Association Of Inter-Community Development (Adi) Eco-Transport Campulung Moldovenesc-Sadova. The Local Public Transport Service Of Persons Through Regular Races In The Municipality Of Câmpulung Moldovenesc Is Composed Of Two Routes: -The No.1 Pod Sadova -The Chef Bridge, 14 Kilometers Long; -Trase No. 2 Center - Rarau Ski Slope, 7 Kilometers Long. For Route No. 2 The Public Transport Service Will Be Carried Out In December -February And Will Be Able To Modify, Suspend Or Temporarily Limit The Transport Program - By The Agreement Of The Parties (Depending On The Request Of The Transport Beneficiaries, No Travelers/Other Causes Of Force). The Estimated Value Of The Purchase Represents The Total Value Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Throughout Its Duration. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supplement, Under The Conditions Of The Legislation In The Matter Of Sectoral Procurement, The Quantity Of The Services, Without Organizing A New Award Procedure, In The Situation In Which It Becomes Necessary To Extend Routes, The Introduction Of Additional Races Or New Stations. The Possibility Of Modifying The Contract With A Maximum Of 10% Of The Estimated Turnover Is Taken Into Account, According To Art. 14 And Art. 241 Of Law No. 99/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Art. 17 Paragraph (1) Letter. C) And Art. 27 Para. (1) Letter. A) Of Law No. 92/2007 With Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Minimum Value Represents The Estimated Value Of The Future Contract, To Which The Evaluation Of The Offers Will Be Reported And The Maximum Value Represents The Estimated Value Of The Future Contract To Which The Value Of The Possible Supplements Was Added.
