Quotation are invited for Teachers Day Trophy Provision. The document fee for each quotation is $5.00 (Ringgit: Five) and will not be refunded and must be paid at the Cash Unit Counter Quotations received later than the specified date and time will not be accepted and will be considered as withdrawal. 7. It is hereby notified that all matters subject to customs duty must be paid by the supplier himself. 8. A copy of the Certificate of Registration (Certificate of Registration Section 16 & Section 17) must be included together. 9. Each quotation page must have the companys stamp on the bottom right-hand corner. 10. Any price changes on the quotation form cannot be made using blanco or correction ink and so on.
