Tenders are invited for Provision of Training Services on Tree Nurseries and Forest Management. Objectives of the consultancy To design, deliver, and report on a training workshop that strengthens RWVCA members knowledge and technical capacity in modern tree nursery practices and sustainable forest management. Scope of Work The consultant will: Develop training manual addressing gaps in tree nursery and forest management. Submit a draft-training plan at least two days before the workshop and finalize it with RWVCA at least one day prior. Design accessible training materials in digital and print formats. Facilitate a three-day, in-person training using participatory and hands-on learning approaches. Organize and lead field visits to selected model nurseries and forest plantations. Conduct pre- and post-training assessment. Provide daily summaries of training activities. Compile a comprehensive final training report with recommendations for follow-up. Propose a basic monitoring framework for assessing future impacts of the training.
