Mass Spectrometer – Lc-Ms-System. Procurement Of An Instrument Platform For Global Protein Analysis Based On Fluid Chromatography Linked To Mass Spectrometry (Lc-Ms). We Intend To Procure A Fluid Chromatographer Linked To A High -Resolution Mass Spectrometer. The Instrument Should Be Used For Quantitative Measurement Of Protein Amounts Throughout The Proteomet In Biological Samples (Bacteria, Fungi, Animal Cell Lines, Primary Human And Murina Cells And Tissues). The Platform Will Be Used To Analyze A Large Number Of Samples And Should Therefore Enable Robust Operation And Precise Quantification. We Are Looking For An Instrument That Can Expand The Current Mass Spectrometric Capacity At Umeå University, Which Is Currently Fully Utilized, And Which Is Compatible With Existing Workflows.
