Tenders are invited for Business Development Services Support for Fintech Pipeline. Alternative Approaches to Financial Inclusion of SME in Palestine II (A-FIN II) The Alternative Approaches to Financial Inclusion of SMEs in Palestine II (A-FIN II) project aims to improve access to inclusive, sustainable financial services for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and start-ups in Palestine. These services help MSMEs manage risks from external shocks like conflict or climate change and build resilient livelihoods. A-FIN II also supports Palestinian financial actors in adapting their products and processes to better meet MSME needs. While the inclusive fintech ecosystem in Palestine is emerging, it requires further support to grow. A-FIN II addresses this by fostering innovative solutions through platforms, mentorship, while and after testing under regulatory innovation hubs or regulatory sandboxes. To strengthen this pipeline, A-FIN II seeks a consortium of business development and legal experts to support selected fintechs. The consortium should offer expertise in innovation, business law, market expansion, financial and marketing strategies, product development, and legal guidance. Locally registered firms are invited to submit proposals to deliver these services and help ensure the success and sustainability of the fintech pilots. Within this context, A-Fin seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for providing needed services.
