Sewage Work-Gr-Cl-10-Construction Of The Ogrezeni Treatment Plant. The Contract Includes Design, Execution Of Works And Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Objective Gr-Cl-10-Construction Of The Ogrezeni Treatment Plant In Accordance With The Requirements In The Specifications. The Treatment Plant Is Located In The Outskirts Of Ogrezeni. Currently, The Agglomeration Does Not Have A Centralized Sewerage System And Treatment Plant. The Equivalent Population Of The Treatment Plant Is 9,407 L.E. The Emissary Of The Treatment Plant Will Be The River Arges. The Contract For The Design And Execution For The Objective Gr-Cl-10-Construction Of The Ogrezeni Treatment Plant Includes: A) The Design Activities-The Technical Execution Project, Which Will Include All The Necessary Documents According To The Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Notices And Authorizations; Support For The Beneficiary In Obtaining The Necessary Authorizations And Opinions; B) Construction Works; C) Supply And Installation Of Technological Equipment And Equipment; D) Testing And Commissioning; E) Training Of The Beneficiary Personnel. F) Remediation Of Any Defects That Occur In The Warranty Period. G) During The Execution Period Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Provide The Technical Assistance From The Designer, With All The Legal Attributions That Are For This Purpose. The Duration Of Design And Execution Of Works And Commissioning Of The Installations Is 30 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Design Stage: 6 Months - Works Execution Period: 21 Months - Testing And Commissioning Period: 3 Months Notification Period (Pnd) Is At Least 36 Months. The Contract Remains Valid Until All Obligations Are Fulfilled. The Value Of The Contract Does Not Include Various And Unforeseen Expenses.
