Arts-Facility Operation Services-Public Service Concession For The Management And Lexploitation Of The Palais Des Arts Et Des Congres Disy Charles Aznavour. The Purpose Of The Concession Is The Management And Lexploitation Of The Palais Des Arts And The Congresses Disy Charles Aznavour. The Delegatee Manages And Operates The Palais Des Arts Et Des Congrès Disy Charles Aznavour (Paci) At His Own Risk. The Purpose Of The Contract Will Be To Entrust, To The Delegatee, To The Exploitation Of Cultural Activities, Organization Of Congresses And Daffaires Events, Of Which Léquipement Will Be The Headquarters As Well As Work -Based Work On The Commercial Lattractivity Of The Site. In Addition To The Management And Lexploitation Of The Paci, The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Making Investments Intended To Improve The Commercial Lettractivity Of Lequiably. The City Will Take Charge (Under Master Douvrage Public) The Work Necessary To Ensure The Sustainability Of The Building And Its Installations (I.E. Large Maintenance And Renewal Expenses). Dinvestment Works To Strengthen The Sites Commercial Lattractivity Is Estimated At 1,564,000 Euros Excl. The Delegate Must Also Pay A Tooth Right Of 558,104 Euros Ht Corresponding To The Net Accounting Value Of Investments Made By The Previous Delegate And Not Amortized. The Public Service Delegation Contract Will Be Granted For A Period Of Ten Years (10 Years) And Three (3) Months. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is 25,023,180 Euros Excluding Tax Based On Estimates Of Total Daffaire Figure Excluding Taxes Of The Concessionaire Made During The Duration Of The Contract. The Remuneration Of The Delegatee Is Ensured By The Lexploitation Results. As Such, The Concessionaire Receives: -The Revenues Of Cultural Activities From Users On The Basis Of Prices To Be Defined And Revised Under The Conditions Of The Contract. -The Other Recipes Relating To Paci Cultural Activities. -The Recipes For Convention, Fair And Other Professional Meetings With Users Based On Freely Defined Prices. -The Recipes Of Accessory Products (Advertising, Etc.). -Compensation For The Subjugation Of Public Service Provided For In The Contract. The Concessionaire Supports Its Charges Linked To Paci.
