Refuse And Waste Related Services - Services For Temporary Storage Of Mixed Household Waste And Bio -Waste Formed On The Territory Of Shumen Municipality For The Purpose Of Overloading And Transporting To Pre -Treatment Installation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Award, Respectively, The Execution Of The Temporary Storage Service With Code 20 03 01 Mixed Municipal Waste And With Code 20 02 01 Biodegradable Waste, In Accordance With The Classification Under Ordinance No. 2/2014 On The Classification Of Waste Formed On The Territory Of Shumen Municipality. The Service Includes: 1) Provision By The Contractor To The Landing And Temporary Storage Site Of About 26,000 (Twenty -Six Thousand) Tonnes Per Year Mixed Household Waste And About 1,000 (Thousand) Tonnes Of Green Waste From Maintenance Of Public Areas, Parks And Gardens. 2) Provision Of Access To The Specialized Vehicles Of The Companies Providing Garbage Collection And Garbage Collection From The Territory Of Shumen Municipality; 3) Provision Of Access To The Company That Exerts Overload And Transportation Of Waste To A Waste Treatment Installation. 4) Keeping Accountability For The Quantities Of Waste On Codes On The Storage And Quantities Of Removal For Treatment Through An Automated Measuring System, Which Introduces The Following Information: A/ Vehicles (Company Name Delivering The Waste, Platform Data, The Platform, Car). B/ The Daily Quantities Of Incoming Waste Coming For Temporary Storage And Overload. C/ Vehicles (Name Of The Company Transporting The Waste To The Treatment Installation, Vehicle Registration Number, Platform Data (Gross, Net, Tara), Arrival Time, Time Of Exit With Platform Scales On Exit Car). D/ The Daily Quantities Of Output Waste Transported To Separation Installation. 5) Maintenance Of The Site For Temporary Storage Of Waste - The Selected Contractor Is Responsible For The Regular Cleaning Of The Site For The Preliminary Storage And Overload Of The Waste Of The Municipality Of Shumen.
