Petroleum And Distillates-Electricity Supply Of Požega-Slavonia County And User. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is United By The Procurement Of Electricity Supply Of The Požega-Slavonia County And The Users To Which The Požega-Slavonia County Is The Founder, And In All In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Requested Conditions Indicated In The Procurement Documentation. Electricity Supplied Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources To Make It More Competitive With The Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Renewable Energy Sources And The Achievement Of Sustainable Development, The Contracting Authority Has Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Aforementioned Minimum Electricity Percentage From Renewable Sources. Namely, Based On The National Action Plan For Green Public Procurement For The Period 2015-2017. Over 2020, Which Was Adopted At The Government Of The Republic Of Croatia On August 26, 2015, As A Basic Measure Of Green Public Procurement For Electricity, The Procurement Of At Least 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources And/Or The Procurement Of Electricity From High -Centered Cogeneration (With The Bidder To Indicate The Stake Of Electricity From Renewables To Supply Users)). Renewable Energy Sources Are The Energy From Renewable Non -Fossil Sources, Such As Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photonaponic), And Geothermal Energy, Environmental Energy, Tide Energy, Oce And Other Ocean Energy, Hydroenergy, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From The Processing Water Processing. Point 68 Of The Law On Electricity Market, (Official Gazette, No. 111/21, 83/23). As A Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Submit A Valid Certificate From The Register Of Guarantee Of The Origin Of Electricity, Issued By An Independent Electricity Guarantee, Which Confirms That At Least 50% Of The Delivered Electricity (Ie The Amount Of Electricity (Ie The Amount Of Electricity, For Each Year. Selected Bidder) Produced From Renewable Energy Sources. The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Submit A Certificate Of The Origin Of Electricity To The Client In Accordance With The Methodology Of Establishing The Origin Of Electricity (Official Gazette, No. 133/14, 127/19). The Bidders Are Obliged To Submit A Statement With The Offer That After The Execution Of The Public Procurement Agreement, They Will Submit A Guarantee Of The Origin Of Electricity From Which It Will Be Evident That The Electricity Proportion Of Electricity Is Indicated In The Offer Produced From Renewable Energy Sources.
