The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: Replacement Of The Door And Window Joinery, Paving Works-Making The Pavement Of 20X10 Paving Stones With Prior Backfringing Of The Entrance To The Basement And The Implementation Of A New Undercoat From Lean Concrete, Floor Works-Laying Ceramic Plates And Carpets With Prior Cement Flooring, Works Plastering - Making Internal Plasters And Plaster Coats On Walls And Ceilings, Painting Works Of Walls And Ceilings Surfaces, Assembly Of Suspended Cassette Ceilings, Insulation Of Walls Made Of Polystyrene And Gas Concrete Slabs, Roof Repair With Roof Tile - Sealing Of The Roofing Cover With Mortar, Partial Replacement Of Roof Tiles And Flashings, Replacement Of Installations, Replacement Of Installations, Replacement Sanitary, Replacement Of Electrical And Ict Installations, Waste Export And Management. In Accordance With Applicable Law And In Particular The Waste Act (Article 3 (1) (32) Of The Waste Act Of 14 December 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Documenting These Activities. The Contractor Carrying Out Construction Works Is Also A Waste Manufacturer And Is Obliged To Document The Development Of The Resulting Waste. The Contractor (Or Its Subcontractor) Should Have Permits In The Scope Of Permits Arising From The Waste Act And Meeting The Requirements Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Export The Scrap Metal During Construction Works. Acquired From Dismantling On An Ongoing Basis, Scrap Should Be Immediately Prevailed In The Presence Of The Supervision Inspector On The Part Of The Employer. The Export Of Scrap Metal From The Construction Site Will Be Possible After A Written Notification And Acceptance Of The Document By The Supervision Inspector. With Each Time The Export And Advantage Will Be Prepared A Quantitative Statement Of Scrap Metal Obtained From Dismantling Of Scrap With An Indication Of The Genre Criterion (Steel, Cast Iron Scrap). Each Time, On The Basis Of A List Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap Metal, The Employer Will Issue A Vat Invoice In Accordance With The Current Provisions Of The Act And Thus The Authors Authority For Sale Or Managing The Scrap Metal Obtained From Dismantling.
