Task No The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Of Damaged Manual And Automatic Gearboxes In Official Vehicles With Dmc Up To 3.5 Tonnes, Used By The Provincial Police Headquarters In Katowice, And Units And Organizational Units Subordinate To The Provincial Police Headquarters In Katowice (Excluding Gearbox Repairs Covered By The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty). Services Will Be Provided Successively Within A Maximum Of Up To 10 Business Days From The Day Following The Day Of Picking Up The Car For Repair, With The Proviso That The Date Of Receipt Of The Car For Repair Will Be Up To 2 Business Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Order By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor May Indicate The Shorter Service Date By Entering It In The Offer Form. The Service Implementation Deadline Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers In Accordance With The Xx Swz Section. Approximate Quantities And Brands Of Car And A Detailed Method Of Providing Services Are Set Out In Annex 3 To Swz- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Both Tasks And Annex 2 To Swz- Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Give A Minimum 12 -Month Warranty For Repair From The Date Of Admission To The Traffic, While The Warranty On Parts And Materials Used During The Repair Should Be At Least 24 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.
