The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Servers, Software And Network Devices With The Implementation, As Part Of The Task Strengthening The Level Of Cyber Security In The Kutno Poviat, For The Needs Of The Poviat Eldership In Kutno. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of The Following Elements: 1) Servers To Work In The Ha Cluster (2 Pcs)-1 Set2) License Windows Server 2025 Standard Or Equivalent-16 Core (2 Pcs.) And Windows Server 2025 User Cal (Client Access License) Or Equivalent (140 Pcs)-1 Set3) Server Room-1 Pcs. 4) Ups For Workstations-25 Pcs. Network Switches (2 Sets) - 1 Set2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Technical Specification - Annex 1A To Swz; 2) Draft Contract - Annex 5 To Swz.3. Documentation Of The Suggested Target Infrastructure (Scheme, Device Configuration) Is Annex 1C To Swz. This Attachment Contains Confidential Information. Pursuant To Art. 280 Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party In The Contract Notice (Item 3.3) And In Point 5.6. Swz Defines The Way Of Accessing This Information And Requirements Related To The Protection Of Their Confidential Character. 4. Warranty And Warranty For Defects: The Contracting Authority Requires A Manufacturers Guarantee For The Supplied Devices, For A Minimum Period: 1) Servers For Work In Cluster Ha-36 Months (The Final Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer); 2) Ups Rack In The Server Room-24 Months Electronics, 24 Months Batteries; 3) Ups For Workstations-4) Disk To Work Stations-4) Netapp Matrix (Ssds; Sas Drives)-60 Months; 5) Logs Archiving System With A Server-24 Months; 6) Access Point-A-24 Months; 7) Network Switches-36 Months; From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract. Warranty Conditions In Accordance With The Provisions Of Annex No. 1A To Swz. It Is Entitled To The Subject Of The Contract Arising From The Warranty For Defects, On The Principles Arising From Kc.5. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Personal Parts Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. 6. Whenever The Order Documents Refer To Materials Or Products With The Administration Of Trademarks, Patents, Own Names, Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterizes Products Or Services Provided From A Specific Contractor And Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent. These Markings Are Only Used To Describe The Minimum Technical Parameters That Should Meet These Products.
