Details Of Electricity Consumption At Individual Collection Points Are Described In Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Presented The Expected Amount Of Electricity Consumption. The Employer Provides That The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumption May Change, I.E. Increase Or Reduce While Maintaining The Unit Prices Offered. Thus, The Forecasted Energy Consumption Presented Is Not A Commitment For The Contracting Authority To Buy Energy In The Given Amount. The Contracting Authority Informs That This Is Another Change Of Energy Seller. The Current Supplier Of Electricity For All Facilities Is Elektra S.A., Ul. Szamocka 8, 10-748 Warsaw, With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded Contracts For The Sale Of Electricity With The Deadline For December 31, 2025.
