The Subject Of The Order Entitled Successive Food Supplies With Transport For The Needs Of The City Nursery In Czechowice-Dziedzice-Divided Into Parts-Part Vi: Different Food Products Are Successive (As The Needs Emerging) Delivery Along With The Transport Of Food Products To The City Nursery In Czechowice-Dziedzice At Ul. Mickiewicza 19, With A Means Of Transport In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 25.08.2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448). Other Formal Conditions For The Subject Of The Contract: 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 2.6 To Swz, Which Is Also The Assortment And Price Form. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor In Accordance With The Indications Specified By The Employer, The Range, Quantities And Requirements Of The Specified Annex 2.6 To Swz.3. Detailed Requirements Of Articles Attached In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Must Be In Line, In The First Species, Category Or Class And Quality. 4. Articles That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Of Adequate Commercial And Health Quality, In Line With Applicable Approvals, Polish Standards With Applicable Requirements Of Food Law, Gmp And Haccp System. 5. Articles That Are The Subject Of Delivery Will Be Produced, Stored And Supplied With The Maintenance Of Requirements Arising From The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) In The Scope Of Meeting The Necessary Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements In The Process Of Production And Trading In Food. 6. Articles That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided To The Employer In Packaging Securing Commercial And Health Quality Of The Delivered Goods And Corresponding To The Conditions Of Transport, Acceptance And Storage, Specialized Transport Of The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Gmp Requirements And Haccp System And Transferred To Authorized Persons. 7. Articles Supplied In The Original Packaging Will Have Factory Markings On The Packaging, I.E. Type, Product Name, Quantity, Date Of Production, Shelf Life Date Or Minimum Durability, Manufacturers Name And Address, Country Of Origin And Other Markings In Accordance With The Food Law Applicable In This Respect. 8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods By Transport Adapted For Food Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Goods For The Duration Of Transport And Bears Responsibility For The Shortcomings And Defects Arising During Transport. 9. The Amounts Given In The Assortment And Price Form (Annexes 2.6 To Swz) Are Estimated Quantities And May Change During The Order. The Scope Of The Order May Be Reduced According To The Real Needs Of The Employer (By A Maximum Of 30 %), And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Orders. Changes In The Percentage (Quantity) Of The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Contract Do Not
