This Order Consists Of Two Tasks: Task No. 1 - Removal And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From The Kadzidło Commune. Products Containing Asbestos (Wavy And Flat Eternit Plates) Of The Inhabitants Of The Commune Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Agricultural Farms In Lolgmina Kadzidło. Receipt Of Asbestos -Containing Products (Wavy And Flat Eternit Plates) Deposited On The Property Of The Inhabitants Of The Kadzidło Commune Along With Their Transport And Disposal On The Adapted Landfill In The Amount Of 233.70 Mg.1.3. The Employer Informs That The Mass Of Asbestos Waste Has Been Calculated On The Basis Of The Converter And Water Management Recommended By The Provincial Funder, I.E.: 1 M2 Asbestos-Cement Plate Weigh 0.015 Mg (15 Kg) On Average. In Connection With The Above, The Actual Mass Of Asbestos -Containing Products May Differ From The Planned Amount. In This Case, The Employer Will Pay For The Actual Number Of Received Products Containing Asbestos. 1.4. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service, Which Includes Under The Said Tasks: 1). Collecting And Securing Dismantled Asbestos -Containing Products In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Of The List Of Addresses Provided By The Ordering Party, 2). Preparation Of Asbestos -Containing Products For Transport And Their Loading, 3). Weighing Of Asbestos Containing Materials From Each Property Covered By The List Transferred By The Ordering Party And Dlakage Type Separately, 4). Weighing Asbestos -Containing Products (Corrugated And Flat Eternit Plates) Using Its Own (Legalization) Contractor Devices, 5). Carrying Out Weighing Activities, From Which A Protocol Should Be Prepared, Which Should Contain At Least: A) Name And Surname Of The Owner/User Of The Property, From Which Asbestos Containing Waste Will Be Collected, B) Indicating The Place Of Collection, C) Date Of Collection, D) The Amount Of Waste Collected, E) Type Of Waste, F) Signature Of The Owner/User, G) Signature Of The Contractors Representative.1.5. Protocols Should Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party. 1.6. Transport Of Collected Waste To The Place Of Their Disposal. 1.7. Transfer Of Collected Waste To A Landfill Having The Appropriate Permission To Dispose Of The Waste Of Waste. 1.8. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Property Damages Related To The Performance Of The Order, Caused To Third Parties And For The Consequences Of The Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Ordinary Of Work. 1.9.
