The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Symbol E) Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel For The Needs Of The Employer, I.E. To The Court In Boxes (Called The Box Of The Box) Located In Boxes (62-060) At Ul. Plac Parkowy 1, Commune Of Stęszew, Acts 130/1. For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Employer Adopted The Anticipated Natural Gas Consumption In The Period Of 12 Months At The Level Of 291 103 Kwh. The Indicated Consumption May Differ From The Actual Gas Consumption During The Period Of The Contract And Is Only Approximate, Used To Compare Offers And, In No Case, Provides The Contracting Authority To Buy Natural Gas In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For The Contracting Authority Of The Given Approximate Amount Of Gas. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Calculated According To The Unit Prices Set Out In The Offer And Actual Acceptance Of Gas Fuel At Individual Collection Points. Gas Delivery Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular On The Conditions Set Out By The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E.
