Traffic-Moranting Equipment-Integrated Road Inspection Systems In Order To Ensure An Effective Traffic Monitoring, The Inspection Of Traffic Safety And Weighing The Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Goods. The Object Of The Contract Represents Integrated Road Inspection Systems In Order To Ensure An Effective Traffic Monitoring, The Inspection Of Traffic Safety And The Weighing Of Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Goods, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications And The Legislation In The Field. The Products Are Made Up Of 50 Local Systems And A Central System. Annexed To The Award Documentation, All The Documents Necessary For The Elaboration Of The Offer Are Found. Pursuant To Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And In Compliance With The Provisions Of Chap. 19 Of The Supply Contract, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Period Of The Contract, Refer To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: Changes Of The Contracting Parties; The Duration Of The Contract; Delivery Duration Of The Products; Payment Methods And Recovery Of Debts From The Supplier; Verification And Reception; Subcontractants. Any Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract During Its Validity Period Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions Are Realized By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
