Tenders are invited for Supply of 3,000 Nos. Less High Concrete Sleepers to Suit en 45 e1 Rails to Kekirawa Yard The Bidder should have supplied more than 5,000 Nos. Concrete Sleepers to Sri Lanka Railways or have supplied Pre-stressed Concrete Beams for a value of more than Rs. 50 million or should have supplied Pre-stressed Concrete Poles for a value of more than Rs. 500 million within the last five (05) years along with the copies of invoices. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security. Amount of Bid security shall be Rs. 900,000.00 and shall be an unconditional guarantee issued by a bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
