The Entire Project, Including Emergency Plan, Includes Approx. 3,500 Bright Spots Corresponding To Approx. 1/3 Of All The Municipalitys Bright Spots In The Public Outdoor Space (The Others Of About 2/3 Of The Bright Points Have Been Replaced With The Links Of Previous Projects). As The Emergency Plan Handles Approx. 1,400 Bright Spots (Largely Only Luminaires And Inserts), This Framework Agreement Must Include The Remaining 2,100 (3,500 - 1,400) Bright Spots.
