Photocopying Services-Provision Of Printout And Copy Services In Color/Black And White On Devices Provided By The Contractor. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Print / Copy Service In Color And Black And White, In A4 And A3 Format On 125 Network Multifunctional Devices. 2) The Service Includes The Contractor Providing Devices, Their Service Together With The Replacement Of Consumables (Does Not Apply To Paper), Including Toners. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 2 To The Tor, 4) List Of Places And The Number Of Prints Are In Annex 2 To The Tor. 5) The Anticipated Amounts Given In The Table Included In The Offer Are Forecast Values. These Values Are Indicated Only To Choose The Most Advantageous Offer By The Contracting Authority And Do Not Constitute An Obligation To The Employer Towards The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Performance Of A Contract At The Level Of Min. 70% Of Copies Specified In The Documentation Of The Procedure. 6) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order Be Processed To Be Carried Out On Devices Not Older Than 3 Years.
