Philling Services - Service For The Treatment And Management Of The Documentation Of The Territorial Judicial Archive Of Malaga. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Management Service Of The Territorial Judicial Archive Of Malaga (Hereinafter, Ajtm). The Object Of Hiring Will Consist Of The Maintenance Of Ajtm With All Its Services. The Functions To Be Developed Would Be: • The Elaboration Of Studies Of Identification And Assessment Of Types Of Procedures That Are Determined By The Judicial Archive Service Of The Ministry, In Accordance With Royal Decree 937/2003, Of July 18, The Order Of July 7, 2000, Which Regulates The Operation Of The Andalusian Document Qualifying Commission, (Currently Modified As A Andalusian Commission For Valuation Of Documents, By Virtue Of Law 7/2011 November 3 Of Documents, Archives And Documentary Heritage Of Andalusia) And The Resolution Of November 11, 2002, Which Approves The Form For Identification And Assessment Studies. • The Coordination, Management, And Control Of The Ordinary Documentation Transfers Of The Different Judicial Bodies To The Archive According To The Transfer Calendar Approved For This Purpose, All Of Which, Following The Indications Of The Person Responsible For The Contract, Of The Ajtm And Of The Lawyer Of The Public Administration Responsible For The Archive Or The Person Who Exercises Said Functions. • The Organization, Description, Installation And Registration In The Jara Application Of Each Of The Judicial Files Of The Funds That Are Not With Archival Treatment. • Control, Access And Management Equally Computer Science Of The Loan Service/Consultation Of The Judicial Documentation In The Jara Application. • The Preparation Of The Relations Of Files In Which The Legal Terms Of Prescription Or Expiration Have Elapsed, In Accordance With The Procedure Established In Art. 15.2 Of Royal Decree 937/2003, Of July 18, In Order To Send Such Relations To The Expurgo Board. • And Any Other Complementary Task Of The Above That Has An Impact On Their Best Development: Reviews, Description Modifications, Reports Or Statistics Among Others.
