Tenders are invited for DN800DI Transmission Pipeline,2X10MIG RCC Tanks, Pumping Station Upgradation in RAK (3 Sections) Fees (Dhs.):5000 Etihad Water & Electricity (Previously Federal Electricity and Water Authority) hereby invites tenderers from qualified firms who are registered in UAE and duly licensed for the above tender against a non-refundable fee of AED. 5000 /- (Three Thousand Dirhams Only) Conditions to participate & collect the tender documents: The company must be registered in Etihad WE vendors list. In case of the company is not registered, they must finish the registration process to be able to participate in the tender. Offers should be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee for 5% of the total tendered sum valid for (180) days from the last date of tender submission. Tender Bond must be submitted before the date and time of the technical opening, by hand, otherwise the offer will be rejected. The said Bid-Bond should be issued by a bank operating in U.A.E and under the name of the company who purchased the tender documents.
