Jun 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Development Requirements: The organisation or individual must be able to demonstrate the following experience, expertise, and capabilities: Experience delivering software solutions and support to Lebanese state institutions. Experience working with Lebanese security actors is desirable. Experience developing and supporting software systems for large institutions with primary focus on data collection and auditing, trend analysis, performance monitoring, and workflow management. Demonstrable capability to conduct comprehensive audits of existing software enabled systems and establish a framework for optimisation and sustainability. Demonstrable capability to deliver rapid turnaround and ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to diagnose and resolve software issues, including performance bottlenecks and system errors. An ability to safeguard data security and confidentiality in compliance with Lebanese stakeholder and donor requirements.
