The Contract Is Included In Sub-Project No. 2 Of The Act: Developing Applications Of Smart Cities And Technologies For The Internet Of The Municipality Of Ariana Which Has Been Included In The Digital Transformation Program 2021-2027 Based On The Decision Of Joining No. 918/06.05.2025 Of The Special Program Management Service Digital Transformation And Has Received A Mis 6001583 Code. This Contract Is Funded By The European Union (Erdf) And By National Resources Through The Rip. All Of The Proposed Actions Include The Supply Of Relevant Information Systems. Given That The Implementation Of This Commission Requires A Number Of Actions Related To The Preparation And Supply Of The Central Single Platform, It Is Necessary To Do So To Subdue The Contract To Sections For The Benefit Of The Overall, Efficient And Effective Implementation Of The Project. The Contractor Is Called Upon To Provide A Number Of Tasks - As Analyzed In Annex I Of The Declaration - With A Specific Time Sequence In Order To Make The Design And Supply Of The Applications Required. These Tasks Are Interrelated And Cannot Be Separated, As In Order To Ensure The Supply Of All Applications It Is Necessary To Meet Specific Requirements At All Stages, In Order To Ensure The Interoperability Of The Applications. The Set Of Services Described In Annex I Of The Declaration Relate To All Actions To Complete The Applications Under Supplies, As Well As The Relevant Training Of Municipal Executives For The Use And Management Of Individual Applications. Therefore, The Non -Subdivision Of The Contract In Departments Was Decided To Synchronize And Harmonize The Services Announced, To Ensure The Uniform Nature Of The Supply And Interoperability Of Applications, But Ensuring The Candidates The Possibility Of Participating As Union Of Bodies And The Possibility Of Supporting Third Parties. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Addition To The Supply And Maintenance And Support Services For The Good Operation Period, Which Is Set At Least Two (2) Years. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Operate The Software Offered In A Public Digital Data Center To Be Indicated By The Municipality. For This Reason The Contractor Will Hand Over To The Municipality The Requirements Of The Infrastructure For The Proper Functioning Of The Application. Until The Municipalitys Suggestion, The Digital Data Center Where The Implementation Will Eventually Be Installed And Hosted, The Contractor Is Committed To Hosting The Application, In Its Installation Of Responsibility Or At A Special Center Host Center At No Extra Cost For The Municipality.
