The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Administrative Building And A Warehouse And Garage Building Together With Its Adaptation For The Needs Of The Forest Guard Post And The Reconstruction Of The Lipusz Forest District Forest Inspectorate Located In It. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop Comprehensive Project Documentation For The Following Investments: 1. Reconstruction Of The Administrative Building Of The Lipusz Forest District With Interior Design; 2. Reconstruction Of A Warehouse And Garage Building Together With Its Adaptation For The Needs Of The Forest Guard; 3. Reconstruction Of The Lipusz Forest Inspectorate With Replacement Of A Heat Source. The Existing Condition And Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Presented By Annexes 1 And 2 To Swz. The Scope Of Designed Construction Works Mentioned In Annex 1 And 2 To Swz Is Not A Closed Catalog. The Final Scope Of Designed Construction Works Will Depend On The Identified Needs, The Possibilities Of Reconstruction Of Facilities And Adopted Concepts And Design Solutions. It Is Proposed That For Both Rebuilt Buildings In The Field Of Interior Finishing, Use Similar Design Solutions. The Completion Assumes That The Administrative Building Of The Forest Inspectorate After Reconstruction Will Act As A Modern Office Building With All Aspects And Functions Provided For This Type Of Buildings Using The Maximum, Physical Size. The Order Of The Order Provides For Individual Stages Of Work: 1) Stage And - Performing Buildings, Energy Characteristics, Thermal And Energy Audit Certificates, And The Development And Reconciliation With The Contracting Authority Of The Concept Of Rebuilding Buildings And Boiler Rooms, And Interior Design Of The Administrative Building Of The Forest Inspectorate (Three Variants - It Should Be Understood As The Possibility Of Three Times A Change In The Concept For Each Of The Buildings And Boiler Rooms By The Contracting Authority) In Order To Adapt To The Functional And Useful Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Applicable Provisions. The Contracting Authority Requires Each Time The Visualization Of 3D The Concept Of Reconstruction Of Buildings, Boiler Room And Interior Design; 2) Stage Ii - Development Of The Architectural And Construction Project Of The Reconstruction Of Buildings, Executive (Technical) Design As Well As The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimates Of The Reconstruction Of Buildings And Boiler Rooms Together With A Detailed Design Of The Arrangement, Equipment And Interior Finishing Of The Administrative Building Of The Forest District.
