The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Technical Documentation Of Construction Works Involving The Comprehensive Renovation Of The Roof Of The Main Part And The Roof Above The Connector In The Building Of Primary School No. 97 In Krakow, Specified As Stage Iii And Iv In The Technical Documentation. When Fulfilling The Contract, The Contractor Should Additionally Take Into Account:- Temporary Protection Of The Building Against Flooding,- Work Communication On The Roof Outside The Roof Area Marked In The Documentation As Outside The Scope Of The Study,- After The Lightning Protection Installation, The Installation Should Be Measured,- All Security Of The Area (Including Floors, Walls, Land Development) Resulting From The Works Carried Out,- Necessary Protection Of The Area (Including Temporary Fence) And Determination Of Hazardous Zones (According To The Guidelines As For Stage Iii),- Execution Of New Gutters Draining Rainwater To Existing Downpipes For The Scope Described As Stage Iv,- Performing All Repair Work (Including Plastering, Painting, Flooring) Resulting From Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract- Export And Utilization Of Waste.
