The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Change In The Use Of Part Of The Building - Approx. 1378M2- Zst Workshop For The Needs Of The Industry Skill Center, Along With Reconstruction And Replacement Of Paved Surfaces In Radom At Ul. Limanowskiego 26/30.2. The Scope Of Works That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Works On The Workshop Building, Related To:- Demolition Of Some Of The Existing Partition Walls,- Demolition Of Floors With Foundations And Insulating Layers- Existing Pvc Floors/ Gres Without Insulation On The Ground, Are Made At Different Levels- Thresholds Between Rooms From 0 To 12 Cm; Replacement Of Floors In The Part Covered By The Study Together With The Foundation And Thermal Insulation,- Adjusting The Existing Door Openings, Replacement Of Interior Doors,- Installation Of Walls With Smokeproof Doors In Communication;- Masonry Works Related To The Bricklaying Of Existing Windows And Wall Holes In Communication;- Extracting New Partition Walls In Toilets And In The Workshops; Suspended;- Equalizing And Painting Existing Walls;- Assembly Of New Sanitary Equipment; Radiators;- Reconstruction Of Water And Sewage Installations, Sanitary, Central Heating And Electric; Ventilation And Air Conditioning.- Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Their Protection Against Moisture; With The Repair Of Existing Internal Walls Damaged By Moisture, Cracks.
