1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Service Care And Update Of Simple.Erp, Simple.Hcm, Xprimer.Bi, Wso2 Esb, Docusafe With Databases Operated At The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin.2). The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 1A To Swz.3) All The Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are The Minimum Requirements, Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act) Nomenclature According To Cpv: 72611000-6-Services In The Field Of Technical Support 72267000-4-Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Software Repair 722666000-7-Consulting Services In The Field Of Software7260000-5-Software Services 5) It Aims To Determine The Expected Standard, While The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6) The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Objective Technical And Qualitative Features And The Standards For Which The Determination Is Allowed To Indicate Examples Of Trademarks. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Option Or Use Only Part Of The Contractor, There Is No Claim.
