The Subject Of This Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Methane Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Brzyska Commune And Its Organizational Units For Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. The Applicants And The Units Listed In Annex No. 1 To Swz Will Include Separate Contracts Arising From These Procedure For The Award Of Public Procurement In The Basic Procedure Without Negotiations For The Performance Of Comprehensive Delivery Of High -Mitan -Type Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Brzyska Commune And Its Organizational Units, Operates On Behalf Of Own And On The Basis Of A Signed Agreement (Agreement For Inspection At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party), On Behalf Of: • School And Preschool Complex In Błażkowa • School And Preschool Complex In Brzysky • School And Preschool Complex In Wróblowaj, Also With Organizational Units, Which Were Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz. Zam. 1 To Swz: Estimated Natural Gas Demand In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2027 Is 2 359 130 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Abovementioned The Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.
