Training Goal: Workshop Training Supporting Foster Parents, Candidates For Foster Parents, Caregivers, Biological Families And Their Surroundings - For One Group Of 20 People In 2025: The Performance Is Associated With Conducting Workshop Training, Which Will Include: Raising Knowledge And Competences In The Field Of: Work With Children, Adults And Adults With Fasd, Recognition And Adults, And Adults And Adults, And Adults And Adults, And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults And Adults Reacting Peer Congestion And Support Of Children Experiencing Her. 2. Task Scope (6 Hours In Total): • Conducting Workshop Training For A Group Of 20 People: A. Block I (3 Hours): Topic: Fas/Fasd - Work With Children, Teenagers And Adults. Block Ii (3 Hours): Subject: How To Help Children Who Experience Peer Violence: • Forms Of Peer Violence And Its Recognition, • The Impact Of Violence On Child Development, • Interventions And Methods Of Supporting A Child In The Family And In The School Environment, • Cooperation With Educational Institutions And Specialists. 3. Organization Of Classes: • Workshops For The Group Must Be Carried Out In The Form Of One Meeting. • The Workshops Should Last 6 Hours (360 Minutes). Workshop Objectives: • Recognition Of Fas/Fasd Symptoms At Various Stages Of Life, • Educational, Educational And Social Needs Of People From Fas/Fasd, • Practical Tips On Supporting Children And Youth In The Home, School And Social Environment, • Identifying The Manifestations Of Peer Violence And Its Effects, • Ways Of Supporting A Child In Building A Sense Of Security And Mental Resistance, • Intervention And Preventive Actions In The Environment Family And School. 5. Work Methodology: • The Training Will Be Conducted In A Workshop Form, With An Emphasis On The Active Participation Of Participants And Practical Use Of Acquired Knowledge. 6. Requirements For The Leading Trainer: • Education: Uniform Masters Studies Or I/2Nd Degree Studies In Medical, Pedagogical Orpsychological Fields, • Completed Training In Fas/Fasd Confirmed By A Certificate, • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Working With Children And Youth, • Minimum 2 Years Of Experience As A Diagnostician Fas/Fasd.7. The Contractors Duties (Included In The Price Of The Offer): • Conducting Workshop Training (2 Thematic Blocks, A Total Of 6 Hours), • Providing Training Materials For Each Participant, • Preparation Of Educational And Information Materials Regarding Fas/Fasd, • Organization Of Refreshments Taking Into Account Diet Preferences And Health Status Of Participants. 8. Evaluation Of The Task: • After Completing The Training, Participants Will Be Completed By An Anonymous Evaluation Form Assessing The Substantive Content, Coachs Work Met
