1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Water And Drinks For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Voivodship Institutions Complex In Rzeszów As Part Of The Rap Steam-Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools From The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Order Divided Into 7 Parts, Of Which From 1 To 3 As Part Of The Project Rap Steam- Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools From The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Part 1, Part 1 - Successive Supply Of Waters And Drinks For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Voivodship Institution In Rzeszów As Part Of The Rap Steam -Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools From The Podkarpackie Voivodeship - To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudiec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Have The Appropriate Expiry Date For Consumption Not Exceeding The Permissible Storage Period. 3. Packaging According To The Nature Of The Subject Of Delivery Should Ensure Its Durability And Safety, Should Protect The Product Against Damage And Pollution. The Packaging Must Meet The Requirements In The Scope Of The Materials From Which They Were Made, And Also Must Be In Line With The Provisions On Environmental Protection, I.E. With The Requirements For Recycling Or Biodegradability. 4. The Labels On The Packaging Must Be Marked In Accordance With The Provisions Of Food Law, I.E. They Must Have: - List Of Components - Shelf Life - Manufacturer Name, Address - Storage Conditions And Other Information In Accordance With Currently Applicable Law. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be In Line With Applicable Food Regulations. Drinks Should Meet The Requirements For The Level Of Chemicals, Such As Dyes, Preservatives And Sweeteners. 6. The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Maintain Care For The Natural Environment, Through, Among Others Elimination From The Use Of One -Off Items Made Of Plastics, Giving Up The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Use When Performing The Contract Of Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling, Etc.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding Each Part Into Which The Order Was Divided Is Included In The Attachments To Swz -Material And Price Forms, Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order. 8. The Supplementation Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Constituted By The Provisions Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement.
