Tenders are invited for Design Build Transit Hubs Cum Community Complex (THCCs) in Soreng Historical Financial Performance Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidders country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last three [3] years [FYs 2021-22 2022-23 and 2023-24] to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidders financial position. As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last financial year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. Average Annual Construction Turnover Minimum average annual construction turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last Three (3) financial years [FYs, 2021-22 2022-23 and 2023-24] shall be equal to or more than the following; Lot - 3 INR 362.00 Million (36.20 Cr) Financial Resources The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN - 3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of; Lot - 3 For sole bidder must meet or exceed INR 60.00 Million (6.00 Cr) For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 24.00 Million (INR 2.40 Cr) For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 15.00 Million (INR 1.50 Cr) The combined financial resources of the JV must be INR 60.00 Million (INR 6.00 Cr) Contracts of Similar Size and Nature Participation, as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially 1 completed within the last Seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds; 3. For Lot 3: INR 435.00 Million (INR 43.50 Cr) The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on a) Design, Construction experience of commercial / hospitality / industrial buildings / hospitals / Transit hub cum commercial centre / Multi level car parking facility of minimum 5 stories, in the last 7 years, in a single contract, in similar hilly terrain. OR b) Construction experience of commercial / hospitality / industrial buildings / hospitals / Transit hub cum commercial centre / Multi level car parking facility of minimum 5 stories, in the last 7 years, in a single contract, in similar hilly terrain. Experience in Key Activities Should have a minimum experience in the following key activities: a) Experience in design of at least One (1), contract [For each Lot] of commercial / hospitality / industrial buildings / hospitals / Transit hub cum commercial centre / Multi level car parking facility of minimum 5 stories, in the last 7 years having a total floor area of; 5,900 m2 [For Lot 3] The Bidders will pay a nonrefundable Bid Document fee of INR 25,000/- + GST (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only + GST= Total INR 29,500/-), as given in point 7 (e), below.
