Tenders are invited for Participate in Market Sounding Exercise for Implementation of Four Numbers of State-of-the-Art SCADA Systems for Distribution Divisions of Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), Sri Lanka Purpose of the Market Sounding This exercise aims to: Identify best practices, architecture, and technology solutions used globally in similar distribution control centres. Gather inputs to system specifications, integration methods, training, maintenance, and support requirements. Engage with experienced firms for the preparation of a future Request for Proposals (RFP) for SCADA implementation. Scope of SCADA Implementation The SCADA/ADMS is expected to include (but not be limited to): Supervisory Control, Real-time monitoring and Management of MV distribution network and assets. Identification of Distribution power flow and other related modules Identification of Operational decision support tools. Seamless integration with the existing CEBAssist platform at CEB.
