The Contractor Shall Be Supplied For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Of 1 080 Mwh Net Active Electricity, An Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electricity And Coordination In A Balancing Group For The Objects Of Shabla Municipality, Plus An Extension Option By Up To 6 (Six) Months. The Estimated Amount For The Option Of The Option Is 540 Mwh Net Active Electricity Low Voltage. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Involves The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: 3.1. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting Electricity Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And The Preparation Of Hourly Consumption Schedules. Notification (Registration) Of The Hourly Schedules In Mms Of Eso And Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Electricity Market According To Ptee, Ea And Pikee. 3.4. Delivery Of The Required Quantities Of Net Active Electricity Low Voltage To The Contracting Authority Objects, Attached To The Low Voltage Level At The Point Of Connection, Are Specified In The Technical Specification, And Within The Order Execution Of The Order It Is Possible To Switch New Points Of Connection Or Subtraction Of Such. 3.5.
