Tenders are invited for Remaining External Electro-Mechanical Works of 1000sft Building at Narayanganj District Police Line (Substation, Generator, Solar System, Pump Motor, PABX, Dish Line, Facade light and Security Light, Lightning Arrester, CCTV, Fire Hydrant, Forced Ventilation and other miscellaneous) Eligibility of Tenderer: The tenderer must possess the following Qualifications: 1. A satisfactory completion of similar Electro-Mechanical works [including HT/LT Cable, Fire protection system, Compound/Security Light] of at least Tk 75.00 lakh under 01(one) contract over a period of time of last 03(Three) years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization of Bangladesh shall be required. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90.00 lakh in the form of credit commitment certificate. 4.
