Tenders are Invited for Construction of New Demo Kitchen for Seychelles Tourism Academy at La Misere, Grand Anse Mahe. Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be Obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (Sia) at the Ministry of Land and Housing (Mlh) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Monday 09th June 2025from 9:00am 2:00pm upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Scr 300.00 each and Deadline Date for Obtaining the Dossier shall be on Friday 13th June 2025 not Later than 12:00 Noon. Potential Bidders shall Provide a Copy of the Valid License, Business Registration Number/ Nin and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025 upon Purchase of the Tender Dossier. Potential Bidder shall be Allowed to Inspect the Tender Dossier Prior to Purchase. PreBid Meeting / Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Information Meeting / Site Visit has been Organized on Monday 16th June 2025 at 10:00 am.
