Funded by the Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Trust Fund, the initiative aims to improve early literacy and numeracy skills among children aged 0-5 years, especially from low-income households, by providing reading materials and resources for caregivers. Key Objectives: Process Monitoring: Document the implementation process, assess fidelity, and identify challenges and successes. Impact Evaluation: Develop an evaluation plan, conduct assessments, and analyze data to enhance program effectiveness and scalability. Scope of Work: Review project documents and propose an evaluation plan. Conduct stakeholder consultations and design monitoring tools. Perform interviews, focus groups, and observations. Analyze data related to intervention delivery. Deliverables: Inception Report: Background note and work plan. Evaluation Design Document: Mapping activities and indicators.
