The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Car Monitoring On The Indicated Sections Of Provincial Roads Using In Situ Measurements In Accordance With Art. 175 Para. 1 - Environmental Protection Law Divided Into 4 Parts. Part Number 1. Rd-1 Gostynin Płock-Rd-2 Ciechanów2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Car Monitoring By The Method Of In Situ Measurements On The Indicated Sections Of Provincial Roads, Including 24-Hour Noise Level Measurements And Simultaneous Traffic Registration By Video Registration. The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract Is To Assess The Actual Impact Of Road Noise On The Environment And Verify The Compliance Of The Results Obtained With Applicable Standards Specified In Art. 175 Para. 1 Of The Environmental Protection Law. The Obtained Data Must Be Presented To The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Report Containing Spatial, Tabular, Digital Results And Photographic Documentation, Enabling Full Analysis. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Part Iii Of Swz) And In The Offer Cost Estimates For Part 1-4 (Part Iv Swz) 4. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. 5. In The Case Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described.
