The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Car Monitoring By The Method Of In Situ Measurements On The Indicated Sections Of Provincial Roads, Including 24-Hour Noise Level Measurements And Simultaneous Traffic Registration By Video Registration. The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract Is To Assess The Actual Impact Of Road Noise On The Environment And Verify The Compliance Of The Results Obtained With Applicable Standards Specified In Art. 175 Para. 1 Of The Environmental Protection Law. The Obtained Data Must Be Presented To The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Report Containing Spatial, Tabular, Digital Results And Photographic Documentation, Enabling Full Analysis. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Part Iii Of Swz) And In The Offer Cost Estimates For Part 1-4 (Part Iv Swz) 4.
