1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Work In The Field Of Maintenance And Maintenance Of Street Lighting Devices In The City Of Suwałki. 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For Maintenance: A) About 7951 Pcs Led Luminaires), B) 156 Pcs. Control And Measuring Cabinets, C) Energy Network From The Output Clamps From The Measuring System And The Lighting Network From The So Cabinet To The Final Lighting Frame. 3. Qualitative Requirements Of The Main Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - In Annex 11 To Swz, In The Cooperation Instructions Between Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch And Local Government In The Field Of Road Lighting Maintenance - Annex 12 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Price Form - In Annex 2 To Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Was Specified In Annex 9 To Swz, In Annex 11 To Swz, In The Cooperation Instructions Between Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch And A Local Government In The Field Of Road Lighting Maintenance - Annex 12 To Swz, In Annex 13 And 14 To Swz.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, In A Situation Where The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contained A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Balance Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates In Relation To Some Materials Or Devices For Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Product Means That They Are Given, For Example And Mean The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. 9. The Contracting Authority Will Consider Those That Have Qualitative And Functional Parameters As Materials Or Devices, At Least At The Level Of Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Better.
