1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of The Warehouse And Garage Building At The Poviat Road Administration In Ełk At Ul. Kolonia 1 (Plot With Geodetic Number 2193/13) Along With The Electrical Installation. A General Characteristics Of Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task: As Part Of The Abovementioned The Tasks Are Planned To Be Added To The Existing Garage And Workshop Building. A Designed Single -Storey Building With A Steel Structure, Founded On Reinforced Concrete Foundation Feet Along With Reinforced Concrete Foundations Of The Gr. 20 Cm. Wall Housing Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet T18. Single Roof Of The T35 Trapezoidal Sheet Building With Anti -Spilitic Coating. Roof Drainage System From Prefabricated Gutters And Pvc Triggers. The Building Is Equipped With 4 Segment Gates Raised In A Steel Structure With Electric Drive And One External Steel Doors. The Designed Hall Will Be Built On An Existing Hardened Asphaltobetone Area. The Demolished Fragments Of The Surface Should Be Reproduced By Ensuring A Decrease In The Floor Outside To Dehydrate The Hall. The Building Will Be Equipped With Lighting Energy Installation And Plug Sockets As Well As Monitoring. The Facility Will Be Powered From The Existing Energy Switchgear Located In The Workshop And Garage Building. Devices On The Facade Should Be Dismantled And Re -Installed After The Wall Cladding Is Made. Rainwater Will Be Discharged In Surface To The Existing Rainwater Sewage System.
