1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Criminal Vr Simulator Together With Equipment And Software, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device. The Offered Device Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024) And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing Them To Sell And Use In Rp.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device With Additional Equipment And Software (Indefinite Licenses), Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing To The Place Indicated By The Employer, As Well Training Min. 2 People In The Field Of Operation And Operation Of The Device. The Training Should Take Place Immediately After Installation At The Delivery Site. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Free Technical Service During The Warranty Period. 3) Software That Is Part Of The Set May Not Violate The Law, The Law Of Protected Personal Or Property Of Third Parties Or Rights On Intangible Assets, In Particular Copyright, Related Rights, Rights From The Registration Of Industrial Designs And Protective Rights For Trademarks. 4) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex No. 2 To Swz.5) Date Of The Contract: Up To 28 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract: Up To 28 Days From The Date Of The Contract
